POOL USE AND REGULATIONS

Access to the pool facilities is reserved exclusively for households with an active WCSTA Club membership. Please review the Pool Regulations for important rules and policies. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors at all times while at one of the Willow Creek pools.
  • The minimum age for unaccompanied children is 11 years.
  • Children under this age must be accompanied by a parent or an escort who is 16 years or older.

CARD ACCESS REQUEST


Access to the Willow Creek Pools and Tennis facilities requires an active WCSTA Club membership. Please complete the form to request new or replacement access cards. Your first set of cards are provided at no charge. Lost or damaged cards may be replaced for $25 each; payment instructions will be sent after your request is reviewed and approved. Please note: your annual dues must be paid in full before access cards can be issued.

CREEKSIDE PRIVATE POOL RESERVATIONS


To book a private pool party, submit the Pool Reservation Request Form at least two weeks in advance. After approval, sign the Pool Reservation Policy and pay a $150 refundable deposit & a $150 non-refundable facility fee (checks only). Lifeguards are required at private events at a cost of $45/hour per guard, plus a $15 processing fee. A payment link will be provided once your reservation is confirmed. Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be reviewed and processed.

WILLOW CREEK SEAHAWKS SWIM TEAM

The Willow Creek Seahawks are more than just a team - we're a swim family! 


Open to swimmers ages 5–18 of all skill levels, the Seahawks offer a fun,  welcoming environment for summer competition, growth, and team spirit. Younger swimmers ages 3 and up can also get started with our "Learn to Swim" program. Our season begins in early May and ends at the end of June. All practices are held at the Willow Creek Overlook Pool, and the best part is you don’t have to live in Willow Creek to join—everyone’s welcome! Dive into a summer of fun, friends, and fast swims with the Seahawks!
