POOL USE AND REGULATIONS

Only households with WCSTA Club membership are allowed access to pool facilities. 
Pool cards will remain the same as years prior. Please contact the Pool Director for any questions including security card access.
Access is monitored by electronic security cards and surveillance. 

Review Pool Regulations for rules and policies. Parents/Guardians are responsible and liable for a minor's safety and conduct at the WCSTA pool facilities at all times. 
  • The minimum age for unaccompanied children is 11 years of age.  
  • A parent or escort 16 years or older must accompany all children under the minimum age.
CREEKSIDE PRIVATE POOL PARTIES ARE BACK!
Procedure for Arranging a Private Party:

1. Email Pool Reservation requests to the WCSTA Pool Director at least two weeks in advance: wcstapools@gmail.com. Be sure to include date(s) and times.

2. Once request is submitted and dates are confirmed, the following will need to take place in order to complete pool reservation:
  • Download & sign the Pool Reservation Policy
  • A $150.00 refundable security deposit check is required to hold the reservation.
  • A $150.00 non-refundable facility usage fee is due by separate check for pool cost.
  • Lifeguard cost: $45.00 per hour, per guard; plus a $15 processing fee. A link will be supplied to pay for lifeguard(s) on United Pool website, once private party fees have been turned over to Pool Director.
3. Make Pool Reservation security deposit and facility usage checks out to Willow Creek Swim & Tennis Association and deliver to Pool Director. No cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, etc.
