Latest Updates from the WCSTA Board (as of 1.10.25)

At the January 8th quarterly meeting, the Board voted to raise dues for both Club and Civic membership for 2025. Club dues will now be $590.74 and Civic dues will be $175.04. Bills should go out around March 1, and dues must be received by April 1.

Starting in 2025, the Willow Creek Swim & Tennis Association HOA Board selected Woodstock-based Tolley Community Management to oversee our accounts. TCM is a Woodstock-based business rather than a very large national firm; as a result, we expect much more personal and prompt service. Red Oak Sanitation is offering a community discount program for Willow Creek - garbage and recycling services for $25/month for two years. Click here to find out more about the program, or existing customers can verify your community discount here.

Our Community

Willow Creek Swim and Tennis Association is a family oriented community. Our little piece of paradise actually covers two of Northwest Atlanta's premier counties, Cobb and Cherokee.

The Cobb County side, known as Creekside, was the original neighborhood and was established in 1985. The Cherokee County side, known as Overlook, was later added due to overwhelming demand for expansion in 1987.

Willow Creek is a beautiful neighborhood with lush gardens, giant shade trees, and amazing people. With just over 400 homes, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, and a playground, Willow Creek has a little something for families of all sizes. Welcome to our family!
